Perry County offers three full-service industrial parks, Perry County Industrial Park South (photograph), Perry County Industrial Park Riverview, and the Tell City Industrial Park within 76 minutes or 75 miles of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana (TMMI) and just a few minutes from AK Steel’s new Rockport Works.

Located adjacent to State Route 37, Perry County Industrial Park South consists of 186 acres with varying size lots for industrial development. The industrial park is served by all utilities including water, sewer, gas, electric and fiber-optic telecommunications as well as its own 400,000-gallon water storage tower. The park also has a sophisticated fire protection system that can provide up to 2,000 gallons of water per minute at 125 psi for duration of 3 to 4 hours. Perry County Industrial Park South is naturally insulated from residential areas and related activities (schools, churches, parks, etc.) and is located 16 miles south of Interstate 64 via State Route 37 - a limited access “super” two-lane highway.

Ideally located adjacent to State Route 66 and near the Ohio River, Perry County Industrial Park Riverview offers 318 acres. Served by the Hoosier Southern Railroad with direct access to the Norfolk Southern Railroad, Perry County Industrial Park Riverview is located three miles from the Tell City Riverport and approximately 18 minutes south of Interstate 64. The industrial park has its own one million gallon water storage tower, 16-inch process and eight-inch potable water lines, eight-inch pressurized sewer line, six-inch natural gas line and an electric substation served by dual 69 kV electric lines. Fiber-optic telecommunications are also available within the industrial park.

The Tell City Industrial Park is located three miles northwest of Tell City on the outskirts of the community of Troy. This full-service industrial site is adjacent to State Route 545. Served by the Hoosier Southern Railroad with access to the Norfolk Southern Railroad, the industrial park has all utilities including water, sewer, electric, natural gas and telecommunications. The industrial park is located within 15 miles of AK Steel’s Rockport Works plant and five miles from the Tell City Riverport.

Land prices for all of the industrial sites range from $8,000 to $15,000, and can be offered at no cost to the company as part of an incentive to locate in Perry County.
